Order Entry Administrator - Bilingual (French)
 
  • Permanent, full-time
  • Location: London, ON
  • Daytime hours

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and sales with orders and inquiries
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Process customer orders
  • Ensure pricing and quantities of customer orders is correctly entered
  • Liaise with production and shipping to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Cross-training within the accounting department

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional customer service environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High School diploma (or equivalent)
  • Must be Bilingual (French)
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • High attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook); ability to navigate multiple systems and windows concurrently
  • Working knowledge of accounting ERP systems (SAGE, Business Vision, etc.)
  • A real team player, willing to assist others in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
