Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, the Customer Service Specialist is responsible for driving usage and adoption of software and supporting customers with onboarding and training.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Onboarding customers and updating the CRM accordingly
  • Communicating with customers and providers
  • Training customers on software and providing support; relationship building
  • Assisting with customer retention
  • Providing account support related to updates, changes, preferences, etc)
  • Updating customers on new features, enhancements and products
  • Working with sales


  • Strong customer service background is a MUST
  • Fluency in French is required
  • Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal
  • Initiative; attention to detail; team player
  • Desire to learn and grow
